Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. During busy periods or holidays, processing may take a little longer, but we will keep you updated on the status of your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options within the UK via Royal Mail:

International Shipping
We offer international shipping at a flat rate fee of £25. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, and tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
For high quantity orders, we will assess shipping costs on a case-by-case basis and provide a custom quote for manual processing. Please contact us before placing your order if you anticipate needing to order in bulk, and we will arrange a tailored shipping solution for you.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as your order has been shipped, we will send you a separate email with tracking information, so you can follow your package’s journey.
Packaging
At Scentily, we take great care in packaging your candles and gifts. Your items will be securely packed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please get in touch with us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with Royal Mail and will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost items due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there is an error, please contact us as soon as possible before your order is dispatched.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for any issues once your package is in the hands of the courier. However, we are happy to assist you in tracking your order if necessary.
