Candle Safety
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep away from things that can catch fire. Keep away from children and pets. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Place candle upright. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not burn in a draught. Trim wick to 5mm before relighting. Never burn for more than 4 hours. Stop using when 1/2 inch wax remaining.

Standard delivery within the UK is via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which typically takes 2-3 days from dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that there is a processing time for order preparation before dispatch. During busy times and sales events, our processing times may be longer. Upgraded Delivery
We offer an upgraded delivery option using Royal Mail Tracked 24. This service aims to deliver your parcel within 24 hours, the next working day after dispatch. Please note that this faster service applies only after dispatch, and does not affect our order processing times.

If you desperately need an item you can purchase a queue jump at check out - this will push your order to the top of our processing queue and also upgrade the shipping to next day delivery (weekdays only)
